To facilitate the process, bizHQ runs this workshop once a quarter in which delegates complete their 90 day plans with the structure, guidance and support of a business and executive coach.
What the 90-day Planning Programme covers:
- a review of your previous quarter’s performance;
- identifying specific business goals;
- a thorough situational analysis;
- redefining your business vision;
- a detailed gap analysis;
- setting SMART goals;
- breaking down the quarterly plan into monthly, weekly and daily actions;
- a well deserved lunch in a beautiful setting with time to network and share business challenges and solutions with the other delegates.
Who should attend the 90-day Plan Workshop?
This workshop was originally established for existing coaching clients, to provide structure for their coaching programmes, and maintain steady growth and momentum. In recent years, witnessing the need in businesses for business plans that are easy to build, and to implement we’ve opened this event to all goal orientated businesses ready to develop a solid plan.
The workshop is ideally suited to business owners, executives and departmental leaders who are responsible for driving the various areas of the business. Where possible, it is helpful to include your team in the process of planning, which not only assists in brainstorming ideas, but creates buy-in from the outset.
