We host a quarterly 90-day planning workshop for current clients, past clients and businesses who require assistance to produce a plan. You will leave at the end of the day with energy, a clear vision for the next 3 months, as well as a ready to implement plan of action to achieve your goals.

BUSINESS PLANNING

This is an interactive two-day workshop that follows a logical, structured process to complete your business plan content, including an Executive Summary, Business Overview, SWOT Analysis, Industry Analysis, Client Analysis, Competitive Analysis, Marketing Plan, Sales Plan, Operations Plan, Financial Plan as well as strategies for improvement and financial projections.

7 STEP STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT
